Thank you for supporting our small business. Many of our items are custom-made and/or produced in limited quantities. Please review our policy carefully before placing your order.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the custom nature of our products and the inability to resell certain items, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges based on:

• Incorrect sizing or fit

• Personal preference or change of mind

• Dislike of color, style, or material

• Body type or how an item looks when worn

• Ordering the wrong size

Customers are responsible for reviewing all product descriptions, sizing charts, and measurements prior to purchasing.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Custom, personalized, made-to-order, and special-order items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable under all circumstances unless the item arrives damaged or we made an error in production.
