ALL SALES ARE FINAL Due to the custom nature of our products and the inability to resell certain items, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges based on: • Incorrect sizing or fit • Personal preference or change of mind • Dislike of color, style, or material • Body type or how an item looks when worn • Ordering the wrong size Customers are responsible for reviewing all product descriptions, sizing charts, and measurements prior to purchasing. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Custom, personalized, made-to-order, and special-order items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable under all circumstances unless the item arrives damaged or we made an error in production.
